EtherneTV-NXG
is a video-on-demand server for MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and
MPEG-4 video files. It is a Linux system (Kasenna)
server for delivering video on demand to the full range
of TVs, PC, Macs, and video-enabled networked devices.
As a component of the EtherneTV system, a unified user
interface lets you search, select and play videos from
the largest of video libraries. And since it’s been
designed to handle the most intensive, high-volume
video-on-demand applications, you can easily expand its
capacity with optional storage devices.
As
a part of a networked video-on-demand solution suitable
for diverse applications, VBrick VOD servers are
designed to seamlessly interoperate with VBrick MPEG-1
and MPEG-2 encoders, our VBXCast, MPEG-4 Encoder,
StreamPlayer software decoders, and Windows Media Player
with the VBrick plug-in, as well as other
software MPEG players and servers.
In addition to
MPEG video network appliances, VBrick offers complete
turn-key Streaming Distribution Systems, Video On Demand
Servers, and accessories.
