Video Over IP

VBrick's RhondaView

RondaView is a unique tool for visual communications. While VBrick Video Network Appliances are very easy to use, large networks can cause increasing complexity. VBricks are easily managed with VBAdmin, remote Telnet, local and craft port, and the appliance's configuration is stored in non-volatile memory. But when you need to reconfigure a large video network, it is much easier to automate the process.

RondaView is an application for Windows 95/98/2000/NT that makes video networking simple and automatic, allowing you to:

Connect any two VBricks for full duplex videoconferencing at a scheduled date and time.

Tell one, some, or all VBricks to display a particular video at a scheduled date and time.

Change the content of a preconfigured web-based TV Channel at a scheduled date and time.

Change the Billboard Text of one, some, or all VBricks at a scheduled date and time.

Simple User Interface

RondaView's Graphical User Interface is intuitive. The user simply selects start and stop dates and times, identifies the VBricks, and sets the function. Table-driven entries make it easy, and active colors lets the user know what is happening in real time.

Groups

A large network is rarely single-purpose. RondaView supports the formation of VBrick Groups, allowing you to easily schedule video networking for "Sales" or "Classrooms" or "Lobbies". For example, a 9:00 you might cause all TV monitors to display a live address from one office; at 10:00 the "Sales Group" sees a stored video while the TVs in the "Lobbies" display a welcome message. At the same time, there may be any number of two-way video conferences scheduled between VBricks.
